The company originally formed in 1993 as John Pyatt Concreting, changing to a limited organisation in 1999.
John Pyatt Concreting Ltd has built up an excellent track record and reputation to establish itself as one of the leading concrete floor installation and
finishing specialists in the United Kingdom.
Operating on a nationwide scale JPC Ltd regularly install 750,000m2 of floor area each year (over 200 individual projects) with contracts ranging from 100m2
up to 50,000m2 and tenders in value range from £4000.00 up to £1 million.
Implementing either Long Strip Pour methods, Hand Screed Flood Pour or Laser Screed Large Bay Pour placement techniques JPC Ltd are able to install

contractor amongst the leading suppliers in the industry of these products, including Permaban Ltd and Sika Ltd
All contracts undertaken by JPC Ltd are guided by our experienced design and technical team who are dedicated and highly skilled to cope with the increasing
high demands of the flooring sector within the construction industry.
JPC Ltd are able to present their clients with a standard Labour and Plant, or Labour, Plant and Materials package, with or without floor slab design.
JPC Ltd offer their work generally in accordance with the recommendations set out in the UK Concrete Society Technical Report 34 (TR34), originally produced
in 1988, updated in 2003 (Third Edition). This document provides detailed guidance on design, construction and finishing of concrete floor slabs and is widely
accepted nationally and internationally for giving specific guidance on the requirements of such floors.
JPC Ltd works to an exhaustive Safety Management System which is an important part of the company structure with employees receiving regular training on
operating plant / machinery, tool box talks and also first aid.
The company directly employs approximately 50 on site personnel who are all UK residents. All our operatives are enrolled on a CITB training scheme working
towards obtaining their CSCS card. The CITB training scheme also involves on site assessments with the opportunity for operatives to achieve an NVQ
Level 2 qualification in concrete placement and finishing techniques.
JPC Ltd are a valued member of the A.C.I.F.C (Association of Concrete Industrial Flooring Contractors) who are the representative organisation for specialist
contractors involved in the construction of industrial concrete floors.
